When we asked Chief of Dosimetry Marjorie Seidel what her favorite part of her job is she said, “Being able to cross between direct patient care (the human side of my job) and highly technical radiation therapy planning (the geek side). I know that my planning has a direct impact, not only curing our radiation therapy patients, but also on limiting or avoiding any long-term side effects from the treatment.
