Not because the other hundreds are bad… but because certainty is a strategy.
When you’ve seen behind the curtain (comp plans, training, leadership, brand strength, rep success, cash flow), you realize something:
**Your odds of winning go up dramatically when the environment is built for winners.**
This is the same mistake I see SMB owners make when scaling a sales team:
They hire “talent”… then hope the system carries them.
Top reps thrive in great ecosystems. Average reps become dangerous in them.
