Why I’m wearing blue today. 💙
Hundreds of thousands of women, men, and children are currently trapped in human trafficking right here in the United States. This crisis is real, it’s devastating, and it’s happening in communities all across the country, including ours.
January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, and today, January 11th, is
#WearBlueDay. I’m partnering with the Center for Countering Human Trafficking and dhsbluecampaign because I believe that awareness and education are powerful tools we can use to protect the most vulnerable among us.
This isn’t just about wearing a color — it’s about standing up, speaking out, and refusing to look away from something that so often stays hidden in the shadows.
Will you take a stand with me? Wear blue today. Share
#WearBlueDay. Start a conversation. Because when we raise our voices together, we can create real change.
