Union League National receives ASGCA award for Environmental Excellence Introduced in 2019, the Environmental Excellence Awards program recognizes innovative work at golf facilities to address environmental needs. Architects Dana Fry and Jason Straka are among this year’s well-deserved recipients for their work on National’s native areas. “More than one million native shrubs, grasses, dozens of wetland plant varieties and trees were brought in from numerous nurseries, conservation seed providers and area farms.
