Major multi-million dollar changes set for the old Sundial St. Pete downtown. Ally Capital Group and Paradise Ventures purchased the property nearly a year ago. Local firm architecture.bp is designing the new space, and provided these renderings this morning. One major change: they’re getting rid of the sundial sculpture. In its place will be a huge outdoor bar and cafe with space for live performances. They hope to transform the old Sundial into a community gathering space replete with 5-star food and retail options.
