St. Pete’s newest restaurant is also home to some of its best traditional eats. the_glass_noodle is now open at 681 Central Avenue in the former Doormet location. Led by the team behind Mangosteen, Green Pagoda and The Crane, The Glass Noodle is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Two things in particular make the new restaurant stand out: first, it serves up specialty dishes from 10 different countries, running the gamut from soups and starters to noodle dishes and rice plates. Second, nearly all of their noodles are made fresh in-house daily, ensuring the highest quality meal on every visit.
The menu itself is separated into five parts (noodle dishes, rice dishes, starters, protein plates, and noodle soups), with the country of origin listed on each item. We certainly recommend ordering a variety of plates and sharing with your group so that you can taste as much as possible.
