The building, located at 77 11th Street North, will house seven stories of 100 furnished and tech-enabled apartments available for short term rental. The concept is to provide travelers with spacious high-tech apartments within a more hotel-style setting, offering spaces with amenities such as in-unit laundry, 24/7 digital concierge service, on-demand fitness inside the units, and even personalized options such as pre-stocked groceries.
