To end the year, Sami is taking on a particularly frosty #Festive500 on the icy roads and trails of Norway. Layering is key for any temperature, but crucial for the -10 to -14 degrees celsius conditions in Tolga, where there are only about five hours of daylight at this time of year. Sami swears by layers, as they allow for temperature regulation. She starts with a base layer, bib tights, adds a buff, then pulls on a midweight jersey.
