Enjoyed a wonderful date night @denverchophouse this week and it definitely was a meal for the books. Even if you aren’t familiar with Denver ChopHouse & Brewery you’ve probably walked by it a million times. Located in downtown Denver in the Historic Union Pacific Building and adjacent to Coors Field, this restaurant is perfect for any occasion. We were extremely impressed by the food and the staff was top notch. We started the meal with some seasonal cocktails (my favorite was the Last Words) as well as the Seared Sashimi Tuna and Caprese & Risotto Tots - both of these starters are a must! To follow we had the French onion soup - perfect for the snowy evening and a Cobb salad. At this point we could have probably ended our meal but our eyes were bigger than our stomach and being a ChopHouse we couldn’t leave without trying their streaks.
