The road to redemption is not for the faint of heart. ⁣ ⁣ It is full of fear, unknowns, and stress.⁣ ⁣ We started this journey back to baseball nearly 3 years ago, and it has been an arduous one to say the least.⁣ ⁣ One year ago today we were patiently awaiting to hear the results of the @prospectdugout tryout. It was nerve wrecking and stressful. ⁣ ⁣ Here we are today and look how far we have come.⁣ ⁣ This isn’t your typical baseball life story. This is a story of sobriety, reconciliation, relentless fight, struggling to make ends meet, investing all we have in a dream, faith beyond reason in one another, and an unyielding desire to be better than we were the day prior. ⁣ ⁣ The road to redemption isn’t just about baseball it is about becoming the people our higher power intended us to be.
