Pokémon Legends Z-A has some “abilities” and passive effects that may not be apparent or obvious when playing the game! While various Pokémon can learn Sacred Sword, the Swords of Justice (Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo) get an Attack and Special Attack boost when using the move. Aegislash, Morpeko, Dondozo, and Mimikyu have pretty identical abilities in Z-A that you’d expect, although not 100% exactly the same, but close enough. Darkrai, Primal Kyogre, Primal Groudon, and Mega Rayquaza’s abilities take effect when you battle them during the story, not when you use them.
