When @siggisdairy asked me if i’d join them on a trip to iceland in the middle of winter, i had 2 thoughts: 1) omg i freaking love siggis, and 2) omg i’m going to be so cold. I spent 5 days with a small group of influencers exploring much that iceland has to offer, from incredible landscapes to delicious seafood, hot springs, off-roading adventures, stunning sunsets, and of course, icelandic skyr.
