8+ events in less than 4 months. Lots of golf and alot of strain on the body. Being able to compete at a high level over a long period of time takes preparation, endurance and mental toughness. Here’s some of the ways I am preparing the mind/body for a long spring golf season: 1. @thepinnacleatl speed/power workouts each week. 2. Daily Stretching Routines 3. Sauna/Cold Tub Treatments 4. Gratitude Walks 5. Daily Hydration (1 gal of water & electrolytes) 6. 2X Heavy Strength Training per Week 7.
