The Waterfront Blues Festival is back again. After two years of pandemic disruption, the festival brought the summer’s biggest music festival back to Portland’s Tom McCall Waterfront Park in 2022. And in 2023, it will keep that party going. The July 4th weekend event will be the festival’s 36th year. That means starting Saturday, July 1, local and national musicians will play blues, funk, soul and R&B on four stages. No lineup has been announced yet, but early bird tickets are now on sale.
