What I Love About Strength Training… Whether you’re setting up for a big bench press, barbell squat or deadlift, you can funnel every ounce of effort into a singular focus. It almost feels as if the entire world depends on the result of that one lift. From the mindset, preparation, set up and then “BOOM”…every part of your mind and body is trying to accomplish one single movement. As I’m writing this I’m waiting for my next set of barbell squats, music is blasting in my ears, pre-workout is running through my body and sweat is dripping all over the floor. Go One More.
