Happy Saturday! 🐘⁣🍂 ⁣ Have you noticed the stone wall on the tee of #4 at Torresdale?⁣ ⁣ Here’s some interesting history to start your weekend: Did you know the wall was a part of the original maintenance building for Torresdale-Frankford CC? Soon after this aerial photo was taken in 1939, a young boy decided it was a good idea to use the building as target practice for his new bow and arrow. He lit his arrows on fire burning the building to the ground where only its stone base remains. ⁣ ⁣ It was with this event that the club determined it was time to build a fence around the property.
