Like we went to the horse auction for fun on Friday’s kinda small. None of my friends gave a shit about the environment much less knew what climate change was (we were still calling it global warming back then). But I did. 16 year old me was OBSESSED with YouTube. My sister made fun of me for watching creators back then. She’d call it “watching my friends.” And 16 year old me only wanted one thing for graduation. A trip to New York City. It’s never lost on me that this career is an immense privilege and I am grateful for it every single day.
