The Simone Manuel Foundation’s mission is to provide education and resources for BIPOC youth to create positive swim readiness experiences and increase water safety awareness in communities of color.   Goals ·         Educate BIPOC youth and parents on how to navigate the inherent challenges youth of color face being the only or few people of color on a swim team.    ·         Partner with youth, families, and organizations through information, programming, and resource allocation.
