Last night, Simeon High School coach Robert Smith, better known as Coach Rob, led his team to his 500th career win to help cap a 24 year career. In addition to a record six state titles and seven state championships, he has helped an entire generation develop as players, students, and young men. His legacy of leadership has helped shape local hoops in ways that are impossible to measure. Congratulations to a Chicago legend.
