I handle onboardings for new retailers so that they know the ins and outs of how our platform works and also serve as their account manager in case any questions or concerns arise while using SparkPlug. What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug? • My team and the leadership is amazing. Although we work remote, it doesn't feel like it with our daily stand up calls and staying connected with random messages in Slack channels. Also - our platform itself is sweet and I enjoy seeing our new customers excited about logging in and getting active all for extra money!
