A freestyler’s paradise. Global talent came together in San Diego over the weekend for Foreign Jam III, foreignculture’s freestyle competition aiming to grow the freestyle scene in the States. With the two previous editions held in Chicago and New York, Saturday’s event was the first foreignculture event to take place in the West Coast. Hosted in hangarfc and sponsored by sandiegoloyal, the venue quickly turned into a freestyle coliseum, with participants and spectators alike circling over the contestants in the center stage. From 11 year-olds to industry veterans, the talent on display was exceptional, to say the least. An evening to remember for everyone involved, and yet another example of the many beautiful avenues soccer can lead us through.
