This one hits different. After a 4 year injury cycle, a 4 year hiatus from running US Championships and lots of self doubt it felt so good to make a US Team again. I apologize for making a lot of people emotional but if it makes you feel any better, I was too 😜 A lot of thanks go out to my @bowermantc coaches and teammates for picking me up when I was down and motivating me these last 4 years. Thanks to my wife @emmasofia_ for dealing with me and being so positive all the time. And a very special thank you to our team PT @strength.is.speed, I really don’t think I could have done this without you. Along with @bor.hillary and @benard_keter, we have a really good Men’s Steeple team coming back to Eugene for World’s.
