#ad During the off-season I usually get off my normal sleeping and training schedule to give myself a bit of a mental break from the routine of the year. This fall looks even more different from my normal routine with a new baby. I’ve been wearing a Garmin for the last few years and this year I’ve been wearing it at night to track my sleep, body battery, resting heart rate and now it has HRV too. Using the Garmin Clipboard app allows me to see what my recovery looks like and how prepared I am for the days training. It’s gonna be a very important tool while I get used to being a parent on top of heavy fall training. #garminsponsored
