🗣️You may find yourself dealing with wrist injuries, like sore wrists,wrists that are weak from overuse. During the season repetitive falls while attacking the rim and landing awkward can play a toll on the wrists. These are situations in which we may use BFR in our programming to increase Blood Follow,ROM and overall strengthening. The most effective BFR exercises are ones that focus on a full range of motion. So you can do exercises like wrist curls, wrist extensions to help strengthen each part of your wrist as well as dribbling and more skill specific movements.
