1 YEAR!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Happy first birthday to Emma and her new immune system! A year ago Emmas world was flipped upside down and as an 11 year old, faced unimaginable challenges. But one year post transplant she is back doing things she loves, and back at home. Words can’t express how proud I am of my sister, and I get to call her my best friend!!
