🛑Stop! It's officially Mutt Monday 🥳🛑 We'd like to take this Monday to shine the spotlight on our longest, and also most outstanding resident- Peter Peter is a 3 year old Pitbull Mix that has been with us for almost 8 months now. He has won the hearts of all who come to spend time with him, and is currently a favorite among the volunteers- even with 8 puppies as one of his neighbors. He is very patient with the staff's goofy picture ideas, and willingly lets them dress him up in silly clothes 🐾 An ideal home for Peter would be one in which he were the only dog, as we have seen a high prey drive from him. We suspect there could be a chance of him acclimating to another dog with a SLOW introduction, but still recommend erring on the side of caution. He is incredibly loving to people, and loves to be cuddled and spoiled with treats. Peter will need an owner that can continue to train him on public etiquette, as well as furthering his already developed leash manners. If you'd l...
