Dear greg_gilmore WE ARE OBSESSED w/ this #transformationtuesday! 💙💜 GORGIE COLOR COMBO! ~ Indigo Velvet ~ This was a total Cut & Color transformation on my Hair Model ayekot who was soooo sweet and nice . I loved working with her and her hair . She was open to some really creative color so it was a pleasure to do . Day 1 was all about the cut and I wanted to focus on, what I think , is an underutilized shape. A Short Round Graduated Crop Cut. This cut consisted of diagonal back sections around the perimeter with vertical sectioning in the top of concave cutting angles . ( Had to be in the class for the full breakdown 😉) Day 2 was The Color , which was All about #GlobalShading , Consisted of Back to back Foils above the parietal ridge with Powder lightener and 10 volume , as well as using clay lightener with 40 volume around the sides and nape.
