Green Velvet Brownies for St Paddy’s! ☘️🌈 Kind of like a blondie or brownie, but green! Ingredients- -1 box yellow cake mix -1 large egg -1/3 cup whole milk -1/4 cup melted butter -green food coloring -1/2 cup white chocolate chips -rainbow sprinkles and gold stars (optional) Chocolate Ganache Topping -2 cups white chocolate chips -1/2 cup heavy cream Mix together the cake mix, egg, milk, butter, food coloring and chocolate chips. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 350F. To make the topping- combine the chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl. Microwave for 30 second bursts until completely melted. Chill until set.
