SUNRUNNER service between downtown St. Pete and St. Pete Beach to remain fare free until November 2023. The first three months of SunRunner service has been successful in attracting new riders and increasing community sentiment for public transportation. Ridership has exceeded 260,000 passengers, with each month showing a growth in ridership. With service every 15 minutes at peak times, the SunRunner’s 10-mile, 30-stop route connects customers to some of Pinellas County’s most-visited destinations.
