A tattooed sphinx cat found wandering inside a prison in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, is now well and up for adoption. A tattoo on its left side reads “Made in Mexico” with a distinctive eagle, an image associated with one of the criminal groups operating in the state, Reuters reports.
