IE12: Fast, Heavy So the rumors from earlier in the week about something really heavy on the horizon we’re true. We stepped into the coliseum for this announcement and there were a lot of plates on the floor… Time to see how everyone’s backs held up from last night! A fast and heavy workout. These kind of events are pretty fun, they don’t hurt too bad, you can just either do it or you can’t. crossfitthor did the demo on the floor and they actually made him do the whole workout at game weight. Pretty tough one to do after just standing there cold 😂 but if anyone can do it it’s Grif. I didn’t time it but it was gonna be sub 2 minute for sure. Side note, I love how some announcements the burden is so much higher on the athlete doing the demo. Griffin did this whole workout but the day before spraguerrrr got away with doing like one wall ball in the demo.
