Happy Birthday Alexander Hamilton!! 🎉 🎁 🎂 Did you know that the first ever public performance of songs from @hamiltonmusical was part of our American Songbook series in 2012?!? We spoke with @lin_manuel at the @warriorsalbum listening party during #SummerForTheCity to learn more about this history-making night! The performance was titled "The Hamilton Mixtape" and took place in The Appel Room. Miranda was joined on stage by utktheinc, @realgavincreel, James Monroe Iglehart, @cjack930, @mandy.gonzalez, @onerebeccajones, @Jjonrua1 and more! Thomas Kail directed the evening with assistant direction by Lisa Szolovits.
