Lately, it has been hard to think straight, calm down, and fall asleep...
It can get overwhelming at times and sometimes all of the tips and tricks that I have come to learn no longer work...
But what always seems to work?
JOURNALING
Whether it is a good moment or a bad one, I almost always open my notebook and write and write and write. For someone who does not express their feelings to others as well as one should, this is the perfect tool.
I don't have any fancy system of how I journal but it really is I write whatever is on my mind, whatever comes to me when I sit down and open the book.
Journaling has been such a key component in my life for dealing with all of the feels.
