Our youth apprenticeship program offers high school students real-world work experience and a chance to learn about what it takes to be an engineer at a Fortune 500 company. Youth apprentice engineer, Tiffany, shares a little bit about her experience participating in our program: "I plan to go to college and major in engineering. The youth apprenticeship program allows me to work on projects I'll eventually be doing at a large organization. I've had direct training on things like CAD and have learned different types of modeling and management software which helps me discover different parts of engineering. I get to do a lot of problem-solving and learn how to work through design failures with enough resilience to try again. The opportunities at Oshkosh have shown me how to balance projects while setting timelines and goals which will benefit me in college." By investing in our youth today, we'll have a better tomorrow. #TeamOshkosh #EmpoweringDifferenceMakers
