I understand that tracking food is NOT for everyone & when done improperly can cause more stress than progress … that’s why there are coaches out here (🙋🏻♀️) to help you learn about the process & do things correctly.
Learning about nutrition & tracking for my goals helped me find balance in my life, get out of the yo yo diets, & learn how to intuitively eat when I don’t want to track.
