This one is for those of you thatttt… Are “eating healthy” but have no idea how much you are consuming Aren’t sure where to make changes with your diet & food intake Want to learn more about nutrition as a whole & what your body needs to feel good Have specific fitness or physique goals such as building muscle & losing body fat Want to have a deeper look at exactly what you’re putting into your body & the relationship with how it makes you feel (Bloated, energized, tired, etc) I understand that tracking food is NOT for everyone & when done improperly can cause more stress than progress … that’s why there are coaches out here (🙋🏻‍♀️) to help you learn about the process & do things correctly. Learning about nutrition & tracking for my goals helped me find balance in my life, get out of the yo yo diets, & learn how to intuitively eat when I don’t want to track.
