The 5th Annual Seafood and Music Festival is bringing flavor and flair to downtown St. Petersburg this weekend. Taking place in North Straub Park this Friday-Sunday, February 24-26, the three-day party is a celebration of local music, fresh seafood from the Gulf, and good family fun. Guests will be able to select from delectable foods cooked on-site, incorporating the freshest ingredients by local restaurants and food purveyors. A variety of seafood entrees and vegetarian dishes will be available, along with a diverse selection of side dishes and desserts, plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Live music will take center stage all weekend long, and in addition to all the good eats and drinks, there will be a full marketplace with local vendors of arts, crafts and other fine products, along with gourmet food items and specialty products, allowing guests to enjoy shopping during the breaks between band performances.
