Alright guys, today is the last day to redo. If you’re planning on it, here are some pointers!
1. Recognize where you messed up. It’s not just about going harder. Chances are you went too hard somewhere and found yourself on the struggle bus as a result. Conservative sets here are usually best. (Conservative for you!)
2. Make a plan. As mentioned above, conservative sets are best in something like this. It’s not good enough to play it by ear. If this is how you went at it the first time, try something different and have a set plan and stick to it.
3. No matter how good you feel, stick to your plan.
4. Don’t forget to stick to your plan.
5. Focus a lot on being efficient. It’s not about how fast you can do your reps but rather how much energy you can save when doing them more efficiently.
