Yemen's girls celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child amid deteriorated conditions in all aspects. Almost eight years of war, blockade, and the economic crisis pushed the Arab poorest country to the brink and left the country sectors paralyzed, including the education, which left millions of male-female school students to struggle to get educated amid the acute lack of textbooks and teachers who escaped their jobs to find alternative opportunities for feeding their families after years with no salaries.
