Meet Arlys, an instructor at @schoolofrockedenprairie (aka the wizard of “aaahhhs”). Arlys began her musical journey at 3 years old when she sang solo at Sunday services, ultimately leading her to various aspects of the arts. She choreographed, danced, and acted in stage musicals, and went on to perform in numerous bands. Above all, Arlys loved to sing, but the lack of professional vocal training took a toll on her voice. Arlys was devastated, but it didn’t stop her from doing what she loved. Through training, she was able to rebuild her voice - “My vocal transformation was such a life-changing event that I felt I needed to teach, to help others release their authentic voice.” Arlys says that while challenges occur in all our lives, we always have a choice to regroup, rebuild and strive to be a little bit better than the day before.  “Now, go do and be something amazing & wonderful!” #womenrock #WomensHistoryMonth
