West Virginia legislators will be seeing green as Marshall students, faculty and staff celebrate Marshall Day at the Capitol. University representatives will be at the West Virginia Capitol from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. tomorrow with dozens of booths and displays promoting Marshall’s academic and community offerings.
