#Repost @lucadicdic ・・・ 4 years ago, a kid from Missaglia, Italy, followed some country roads down to the middle of Huntington, WV. As the local saying goes, this was indeed the Best. Decision. Ever. There is not much that either of my two languages can do to describe the impact that Marshall University, the Yeager Scholarship, my classmates, my professors, and my coworkers have had on my life. Pictures will have to suffice in my attempt to express my gratitude via this graduation post. Now that these country roads have finally taken me home, it is time to embark on a new adventure, this time in the Big Apple. I am beyond excited to begin my Ph.D. In Biomedical Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NYC. I fell in love with research here at Marshall, and I am eager to continue this journey!
