The former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher is headed to the Boston Red Sox on a reported five-year, $130 million contract, according to the Associated Press and multiple reports. Suárez became a fan favorite with the Phillies and recorded the final two outs to clinch the 2022 National League pennant. Suárez was named to the NL All-Star team in 2024.
