NFL linebacker Kyle Van Noy has had to move quite a few times. It's a hazard of the job. But he's picked up a new skill along the way-- flipping houses. The linebacker and his wife @realmarissavannoy have bought and sold three houses since 2015, making almost $2 million in net profits, and are in the process of renovating two more houses.⁣ ⁣ In his free time, Van Noy is also an investor and adviser at Boston-based gaming club XSET and has a YouTube show where he interviews fellow athletes.
