The classic Fears watch, built as it should be.
The Brunswick 38 Polar White takes shape slowly and deliberately. Its curvaceous 38mm cushion case, inspired by a gentleman’s watch first drawn in 1924, is machined from solid steel with no flat surfaces, then finished by hand until the light moves cleanly across every curve.
The white lacquer dial is polished in stages, layered and printed using a numeral set first used by Fears in 1946. The iconic 'Fears' - shaped, skeletonised hands are fitted with care, their colour shifting subtly as the watch moves. Inside, the manually wound LJP D100 is installed, regulated, and finished before the case is sealed and the watch individually numbered.
Each Brunswick is hand built in Britain, in small batches, by a team who know every component by touch as much as by sight.
Please note: this model is currently supplied with a closed caseback only. Exhibition casebacks will be offered free of charge once available.
