The day prior to Tuesday superstitiously has an effect on the masses ( at least that is what society has lectured to us ); especially running off of a well earned weekend… with that being uttered… my internal hunger pains convinced & directed me to The Goody Goody Omelet House ( near The Eastern District of Wilmington, N.C. ). Ordered: were two single eggs, fried ( to the exact temperature as requested ) featuring a withholding display of yoke. I’m afraid that it was rather fulfilling.
