Today, the Casteel Women's soccer team will take the field at 11:30 am at Dobson High School
to play in the final matchup of the season, the state championship.
As we take the field, we will not only be playing for each other, but for the legacy of Sandy
Lundberg.
Mrs. Lundberg was the founding principal of our school, when it opened in July of 2015.
In September of 2017, she was diagnosed with lung cancer.
Through even the toughest days of her treatment, she continued to support our team because
of the joy it brought her to watch us go to battle in our games.

Today, each one of us will be wearing white ribbon in honor of Mrs. Lundberg.
