👏⛸️🦈 The January 2025 Skater of the Month for #TheRinks is Kira Shiau! 🏆 Kira is the first skater from San Diego to have advanced to the Parade of Junior Champions at National Showcase. Her 2025 comedic program was inspired by the hilarious adult programs seen Showcase Nationals in 2024. 🥇 She co-choreographed her winning program with her coach, Tiffany Vise Baldwin, inspired by an SNL sketch about a fictitious skater at the 1992 Olympics. 👏 They have also co-choreographed programs for the Open Inflatables event, featured by OnlcePerspectives and the show Good Mythical Morning. 🌴 Kira participates in The Rinks - Poway ICE academy group classes, and is a member of the All Year FSC Junior Board.
