One of the most rewarding parts of project like this one is when what you envision actually works out. Although this was a 2D piece, I still had to approach it in a way that was 3D because the design incorporated four walls. It’s was a fun challenge and I’m stoked about the results! Plus I love pizza and designing something for something you enjoy, is huge a bonus. All for the 🍕! Make sure you check them out at 3116 Roblin Blvd. - The intent for this project was to create a design that would represent a new chapter for this family run business and give their space a bold, energetic and contemporary feel. Incorporating elements from their brand and their proud Greek heritage was a priority to ensure that it connected to the owners, staff and customers walking in. One of my favourite parts of the mural is the painted type “Fáe, pei mou” which is Greek for “Eat, my children”....
