Ella Langley // CMA Awards 2025 🎙️ Shot for sipausa ISO 2500 | @ 200mm and f/3.5 | Shutter 1/320 ✨ Story behind the photo ✨ I really like this song (being a native Texas girl myself) and it’s having a moment on the Billboard Hot 100 chart so I thought this might be fun. I shot with my 400mm lens most of the show, but for special moments like this, I pulled out the 70-200mm for a more overall view. The couple dancing on the center stage in front of the main stage made it challenging to capture a closeup/portrait shot of Ella because they were moving really quickly and most of the time covering her up from my vantage point. After spending half the song failing to capture anything good, I knew I had to switch gears and be more intentional and patient to hopefully capture something.
