As we approach the end of Black History Month we continue to reflect and celebrate the significant contributions of Black Americans throughout our history. Here are a few activities our kiddos have been doing at our clinics. The first activity celebrates Black inventor Garrett Morgan, who invented the three-signal traffic light. Our Fun Friday Activity last week included a traffic light art project we can utilize for emotion regulation and playing the Red Light Green Light game during circle time. The second project celebrates Black History Month with the colors red, yellow, green, and black.
